We conduct audits of legality in various issues related to corporate activities (labour law, contract law, planning procedure, etc.) in order to assess the lawfulness of the activities of the client and the legality and purposefulness of the activities of management bodies and employees. If necessary, we give recommendations for better planning and optimisation of activities, for hedging of risks and for bringing documents into conformity with law.
